Free labor charges for filter replacement are provided during the first 2 years.

Water Testing & Quality Assurance
Before and after installation, we check the following physical and chemical water quality parameters on site:
- pH level
- TDS level
- Turbidity / water clarity
- Conductivity
- Total hardness
- Chlorine level
- Odour, taste and visual condition
- Before and after filtration comparison
Third-Party & Microbiology Testing
Microbiology tests such as E. coli, coliform and aerobic plate count are arranged through an external accredited laboratory — this is not performed in-house.
Quarterly inspections and third-party lab reports are provided for each installation, with a 12-hour emergency response window in Colombo.
